Fecteau Homes offers financing through local and out of state lending institutions. Whether you prefer dealing with local bank/credit unions or if you choose to go with one of our alternative lenders Fecteau Homes has a program for most scores and budgets. We offer a free credit review which allows our in-house finance person to examine your score and determine your affordability. If you are interested in purchasing a home we encourage you to come in and fill out an application and sit down with one of our staff.

A Vermont company owned and operated by the Fecteau Family. Originally conventional builders Vic and Pat recognized the time and cost benefits of modular and manufactured home construction. They transitioned to modular and manufactured homes in 1994 after having done conventional construction for more than 2 decades. Now Fecteau homes deals in mobile homes, modular homes, and used homes, from their offices in central Vermont. During the winter months they still do on-site construction with their condominium projects in Barre City Vermont and Berlin Vermont.
